Laurie Mecca – President/Co-Founder
Ms. Mecca co-founded CLogic Defense in 2002 to expand ongoing defense business interests to the prime and major-subcontract levels. Her core management focus comes from a career in growing small businesses through enhanced process performance and adjacent market expansion. She has worked with the Connecticut Procurement Technical Assistance Program (PTAP) to support woman-owned business initiatives. Laurie manages CLogic Defense’s operations focusing on business administration, accounting and coordination; and is the primary executive responsible for business results attainment.
Len Mecca – Vice President/Co-Founder
Mr. Mecca is a BSME and MSME Graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, with over 30 years of break-through innovation on military systems. Mr. Mecca provides in-depth and detailed expertise in the evaluation, analysis and solving of complex issues which arise during design, development, and production. Len co-founded CLogic Defense to bring optimized solutions to the rapidly accelerating needs of the Warfighter by providing competencies in execution speed, material science, and technology infusion.
Diana-Lynn Herbst – Director, Contracts and Compliance
Ms. Herbst has over 25 years experience in defense program management, contracting, and strategic program planning specifically in the area of ammunition and weapons systems. In her position, she manages all of CLogic Defense's contracts and interfaces with industry and government personnel on a regular basis. Ms. Herbst routinely conducts program reviews to assure compliance to plans and government regulations.
Mike Voisine – Director, Business Development
In March 2011, Mr. Voisine joined CLogic Defense after over 20 years of previously held senior level executive positions at several different aerospace & defense manufacturing companies where he demonstrated a record of achieving sustainable business growth. At CLogic Defense, Mike's responsibilities include management of domestic and international business development, marketing activities, preliminary design efforts and strategic planning.
David Hall – Quality Manager
David brings 30+ years experience in the Quality function for manufacturing organizations for mechanical devices, explosive ordnance devices, RF cable and Fiber optics. He is experienced in implementing Lean Manufacturing. Certifications include: American Society for Quality certified Quality Engineer, Reliability Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt, Quality Manager and Quality Auditor. David has 27 years military service with US Navy Active Duty and Active/Inactive Reserve.
