History CLogic Defense was founded in 2002. Since that
time, the company has designed and developed critical military
products and systems that include armaments, artillery and mortar
systems, blast protection kits, fire controls, gunner protection
kits, military fuels, missile systems, soldier systems,
survivability systems and warhead components. CLogic is a woman-owned small business (WOSB), former DoD Mentor-Protégé Program Company and Nunn-Perry Award nominee by the U.S. Department of Defense Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). We have been honored to receive four Army Greatest Invention of the Year Awards for the Abrams Reactive Armor Tile XM32, Objective Gunner Protection Kit (OGPK), Overhead Protective Cover, and Blast Shield for the Light Armored Vehicle (LAV) as well as a Defense Ordnance Technology Consortium Award for innovation excellence for the M284 Breech Reliability Upgrade Kit.
